Participants will recite privately to our panel of judges, ensuring a comfortable setting. They will be judged based on memorization, tajweed, and recitation. Mufti Aasim Rashid then delivered a compelling lecture on the life of Abu Bakr (ra), highlighting his exemplary character and unwavering devotion. The lecture emphasized Abu Bakr’s profound role as both a follower and leader, underscoring his integrity, truthfulness (Siddiq), and selfless sacrifices, particularly his immediate acceptance of Islam, his protection of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and his pivotal role during the Hijra.
