The IOST operates through the dedication and leadership of our volunteers and committee members, who collaboratively drive our initiatives and make key decisions. To ensure comprehensive oversight and effective management of all aspects of our masjid, we have established ‘The Five Pillars’ of IOST: five distinct committees, each responsible for specific areas of operation. These pillars are designed to ensure that every facet of our community’s needs is addressed, from religious services and education to community outreach and facility management, allowing for well-rounded and efficient administration.
